SVJ Creative Designs is Minnesota’s largest leading manufacturer of quality cast stone products. Tourists travel to see thousands of concrete statuary pieces at their picturesque setting at the top of State Hwy 42 hill just south of Kellogg. This first generation business, founded by David & Shelly Speedling, in the early ‘90’s attracts visitors of all ages year round. Prearranged bus tours or groups of twelve or more are offered presentations of how a fountain, bird bath, eagle or other statue is created from rock and sand., then how the mold is stripped, filed, and filled in.
